Right well, while i might have physically been back off holiday Tuesday Im mentally back by about now.. im no longer automatically trying to order stuff in German anyway.... Im just sorting my life out and trying to get the house in order. Today the *crate* of miitaria i bought on holiday arrived so Im having fun sorting through that while opening up tons of stuff bought on ebay thats arrived as well. Expect sporadic bursts of excitement. So far ive just found out a suit i suspected to be soviet border guards/ kgb issue to be so and worth lots more than i paid for it at the mauer flea market Adam Shaw i thank you for this... youve saved me about 70 quid.... :) Ive not been out of the country except for work purposes or had a proper holiday in about fifteen years so it was a well needed break. Prague was beautiful and relaxing, Berlin stylish and exciting. Sian and I had fantastic adventures and met amazing people.... the only problem is i now need a holiday to recover from my holiday as I normally cant walk very far these days but just got on with it and gritted my teeth for eight days on a mix of oxycontin, valium and decent beer... oh and a bottle of slivovitch that i bought thinking Sian would hate it but she actually liked it as much as me so that backfired! Still think that my plan to one day move to Switzerland has been replaced by one to one day move to Berlin.
