Rightly so, parcel deliveries overseas are charged differently according to destinations falling into any one of Zones 1, 2 or 3 categories. A most rididulous answer was given to me when I made enquiries of a local delivery giant this morning. I asked if a MIddle East country was part of Asia or Europe as the carges are different. And the reply came, "It depends on the weight". When the answer finally came, the call which would usually take less than 3 minutes lasted from 11:55am to 12:18pm, almost 25 minutes. What is happening to our national institution? I wonder if this is acceptable.
