Righto Facebook friends, its time that I come clean and confess. There is something that I have got into in the last 7 months which can involve compression clothing an a lot of sweat(in my case). Ive found a passion for running!. When Luke Dman and Dwayne McDonald asked me if I wanted to go for a run in March this year I laughed them off. In July I competed in Run Melbourne 10km in 53:50. This has lit my fire!. Today I have achieved another personal goal, Heartbreak Hill. Im over the moon that I made it to the top (and home), however as usual there is room for improvement. I must thank my Darling Wife Emily Kemp and Xaiver for letting me go for runs in what precious spare time we have had together. A massive thanks to all the people that have known about my guilty pleasure like Leon Purton and have had nothing but encouraging words and good advice. All the people tagged in this post have been a massive inspiration. Please be kind to the fat kid in lycra! (with running shorts on over the top!!!) Cheers Ben
