Rights guys, as promised a home/gym ab workout. Like in the previous video, I try and give you a beginner, intermediate and advanced options for each exercise. Here are the exercises and the recommended reps :- Crunches - 15/20/25 Side plank or side plank crunch - Beginner - 30-60 seconds each side - Intermediate/advanced - 10/15/20 each side Flutter kicks/scissor kicks/alternating scissor touch - Beginner - 20-40 - Intermediate - 20-40 - Advanced - 20-40 Jack-knifes - 20-30 Ab extension/reverse crunch + extension - 20-30 Beginner - plank - 45-120 seconds Intermediate/advanced - ab cycle - 20-60 Go through once without pause, then take a 30-60 second break and repeat 3 or 4 times. I talk about it briefly in the video but what you have to remember is, no amount of ab exercises will make your abs visible if you have a layer of fat covering them. Focus on your diet and high intensity training first and add this workout in 1-3 times per week, so when you do get rid of that layer of fat... Youll have a glorious 8 pack underneath ;-) Only my second video so its aa much a learning process for me as well!
