Rita Chavez is asking: So, whats going to happen with the Pacific Market on ECR? It would be great if we could bring Whole Foods into that space. I believe that South City needs a better market that specializes in organic and fresh vegetables. Safeway and Luckys produce are a bit to be desired. I went to safeway a few weeks ago and the cantaloupe was almost black. My goodness. You mean to tell me they cannot get fresher fruit and they really expect their customers to buy it? What do you think? Dont you agree that we need a better grocery store in South City? It would bring jobs to the area and maybe convince other businesses to want to open their doors in that shopping area.
