River City Round-Up Itinerary 8:15am Report Time – Eat (pop tarts) and change into uniform. Put instruments on the trailer. Plumes will be passed out at the parade site. Don’t forget the Banner!!! 9:15am Busses depart for the parade. Drumline/Front Ensemble/Guard ride Bus 3. 9:30am Arrive at parade site. Unload instruments, unload hats, plume up, warm-up. 10:00am Parade Starts 10:25am Approximate step-off for TJ. We are Unit #29 11:00am Store plumes in the plume boxes. Put hats and instruments on the trailer. 11:15am Depart for TJ 11:30am Change out of uniform – Load Front Ensemble - Dismissed for lunch on your own. 1:45pm Report time to TJ for field show. Change into uniform. 2:30pm Bus departs for field show. 2:45pm Arrive at Omaha Central High School. Unload instruments, hats, and plume up. 3:20pm Warm-up 3:50pm Staging Area 4:00pm Perform – Immediately following the performance enter the stands for UNO 4:20pm UNO Performs 4:40pm Load the trailer 5:00pm Buses depart for TJ 5:15pm Undress and unload the trailer.
