Road & Track Magazine has posted about the Audi R18 e-Tron that was comprehensively destroyed during testing for this weekends 24 Hours of LeMans race. Audi has dominated this race for more than a decade, but this year Porsche returns to fight for top honors against their German rivals. Thankfully, early indications are that the driver of the #1 Audi, Loic Duval, is actually OK, so this speaks volumes for the level of safety built into these cars.
