Road Workout: Solid workout this afternoon. Starts are improving. First time doing step downs in over a month so it went well. Did a 8 minute warm up. Mobility stretched and fast twitch fast twitch activated for 10 minutes. Sprints 2 sets of step downs (20, 15, 10 sec sprints). Top speeds were 30.5, 29.4, 28.8, 31.8, 30.6, 28.7. First two had ok starts but fast transitions and fast hand speed. By the third sprint my starts improved and I was explosive off the line got into a fast transition. Form improved smooth flow quick wrist flicks. The second set was awesome and Im pumped with the results. Now focusing on speed and acceleration going into the Canada Games. Cooled down for 8 minutes. Static and band stretched for 10 minutes to finish. Testing at smu in the am. Get After It
