If you do not have the ability or care factor to secure it all affectively to protect other road users you are a Dickhead... It is no one elses responsibility to dodge, avoid, swerve around your wayward shit as it flys off your vehicle. The mad arse airborne shit Ive seen over the years include but is not limited to.... Eski lid, beck chair, ladder, pot pant, tarp, timber, a trailer no shit the whole Feckn trailer, a wheel, a boat, a biscuit 10mtrs behind still tied to a boat... All the above have the potential to kill someone that is not a Dickhead and just minding there own business... Stowed and secured means you are not one of those Dickheads...
