Robbery Hold-up committed on or about 210720H July 2014 at Junction Brgy Gadu, Solana, Cagayan wherein the victim were the couple BENEDICT STA MARIA Y RAZON , 29 yrs old, married, businessman and ALICE STA. MARIA Y BALIGOD, 28 yrs old, married, teacher by profession and both resident of Cuntapay Street, Ugac Sur Tuguegarao City. Suspect who forcibly took and drove the service motor of the victim later identified as JOCEL SACAYLE Y ANDAWEY, 29 yrs old, married farmer was able to chased and arrested by the joint PNP personnel of this office and personnel from Phil Army based at Palao Detachment and Macutay Detachment at Rizal Kalinga and recovered to him the laptop, shoulder bag and service motor of the victims. A case for Robbery Hold-up was referred at the Provincial Prosecutors Office through inquest proceeding docketed under NPS N0. 11-02-INQ-14G-00083 subscribed by Atty. EDEL OLYMPIA A. RICAMORA Inquest Prosecutor but the suspect SACAYLE not having opted to waive his right under Article 125 of the RPC and the necessary Information now directly filed in Court by inquest prosecutor in separate case against the accused.
