Robbery from Person Greensboro, NC (January 19, 2015) -- At 9:05 p.m. on 1.19.2015—Police responded to 1821 Larkin Street in reference to a robbery from person that had occurred 15 to 20 minutes earlier. The victim stated he was threatened with a hammer and relieved of cash by a subject known only by a nickname. The suspect was subsequently identified through a photo lineup as 34-year old Gerald Lee Brown, Jr. , of Greensboro. He was located and charged with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault on a Handicapped Person due to the victim’s disability. A bond was not set at the time of this press release.
