Robert Emery Chocolate is now taking reservations for our Valentine Tea. We will be offering this harmonious service for two different dates. WHERE: 191 E. Fort St., Farmington, Il., 61531. DATE AND TIME: Saturday, February 8th with first seating at 5pm and second seating at 7:30pm & Friday, February 14th with first seating at 5pm and second seating at 7:30pm. COST: Cost is $25 per person and reservations recommended at 773-677-1817 or via our website at robertemerychocolate. MENU----Full Tea Supreme Tea, assorted scones, lemon curd, clotted cream, jam, assorted desserts and savories. Savories include the following finger sandwiches: rare roast beef with Roma tomato and spicy mayo, Norwegian smoked salmon with water chestnuts and cream cheese & pine nut spread, country pate with chopped cornichons, Dijon mustard and butter. There will also be some lovely Valentine surprises tossed in. Remember, our tea room is still being worked on and may be somewhat rudimentary in decor but we assure you that the service and food will be stellar. You will also receive choice of one entree per 2 people of Vegan Meatloaf served on a bed of baked mixed greens or Bubble and Squeak.
