I personally handled, mixed by hand and power sprayed (with a 750 gallon trailer (old A1B ADI trailer) pulled with a five ton bobtail Air Force truck) Agent Orange herbicides as well as SILVEX ON ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE and off base all the way to the Naval base on Guam. I recently had a young man contact me from the University of South Carolina at Columbia SC. His name is MARK CASH. He was born on Guam when I was there during the Vietnam War at the US Naval Hospital in Agana Guam. He was born with DIOXIN TOXICITY as a new born. I also have been contacted by SEVERAL MILITARY DEPENDENT CHILDREN who were playing in their on base housing backyards when I drove by spraying AGENT ORANGE on the fencelines for the fuel tank farms on ANDERSEN AFB. None of these children are being helped and they passed along many diseases to their children. The entire ISSUE OF AGENT ORANGE must be brought out in the open and we must bring closure to this INJUSTICE SIR.
