Robert, I highly recommend that you attend one of the International Terrorism and Organized Crime conference that is held annually across the United States and other nations usually sponsored by Asian organizations such as the Asian Gang Investigators Association. I am impressed with your optimism, but I think you are bordering on being naive already. You obviously refuse to read up on the dark side of the industry. If you truly want to sell this idea then how about you study both sides of the coin and then present both the good and bad and attempt to arrive at an amicable state by truly reviewing the law and establish regulations that may be able to minimize the negative impacts. This was never, has not, and most likely will not be done. This is an industry that requires heavy regulations to keep it as clean and as safe to live with as it is inherently peccant.
