Robert and Gracie are at Tawas Farmers Market this morning with lip balms and natural gel air freshener. Robert has new potatoes, red and sweet onion, zucchini, purple beans, romaine, chard, kale, carrots, beets, eggs and our home grown pastured meats! Ryan is working up the hoop house for a final time before I begin planting it for fall/winter next week and then giving the front garden a once over for me. I assembled whelping crates and got ready our next whelping areas for litters due this month. I have to do sanitary cuts and toenails and then I am moving on to miscellaneous chores this afternoon, including running extension cords for lighting in the whelping pens (no electricity in that barn).
