Robots: I Wish I Had One of My Own! 10. Runaway, 1984. Tom Selleck under attack by robots. Fun. Tom Sellecks great, he can just stand there is ok by me... 9. D.A.R.Y.L. 1975. I liked the robot kid, confused in the real world. I know how that is! 8. & 7: Yul Brynner, (The Gunslinger robot), Westworld, 1973, and in Futureworld, 1976. 6. The Iron Giant, 1999. Innocent alien robot, bad people, hero boy with heart. Formulaic? No! Just perfect. 5. Stepford Wives, 1975. Women robots, woman hero. Yay! 4. 2001: A Space Odyssey, 1968. Hal 9000. Oh, yeah. Good stuff. Hals voice lingers on in my head. 3. Aliens, 1986. Bishop rocked and the knife play was awesome! 2. Transformers, 2007. Josh Duhamel. Yum. Oh, and the cute trucks and stuff... 1. RoboCop, 1987. Peter Weller was magnificent. It was scary and weird and sad and although I was brought to the movie, kicking and screaming, I was fascinated and intrigued. The Terminators were good movies (I saw 1 & 2), of course. Nice night for a walk, Ill be back..). The movies stand alone for me. And with the music from the gitgo in the first movie...oh my!! Perfect!
