Rock Concepts - Studio de Arte Okay. We visited this place more than two weeks ago so this post is indeed coming in too late but since the winter is still obliging us i thought i should share the experience so that you all can enjoy this alfresco place while the weather is still pink! This place, is much more than its food. It is actually an extension of an Art Studio which has beautiful rock sculptures on display, meant for sale. The studio has fanned out chairs and tables amidst the gorgeous art. Its under the sky in company of sand as well as rocks beneath you, and trees around you. Youll be fascinated by the metal roosters on the tree and the tortoise made out of kadhais at the entrance!! We tried the following. KAAPI: Okay, this one was Kaapi with a twist of Nescafe. Served in a traditional manner - steel glass in a steel bowl. We nicely frothed it up and had fun with the variant since it was really chilly that evening. HALF FRY CHEESO MASALA: It looks ordinary when it comes to you but its only a matter of time until you slice this beauty into half and let the masala ooze out of the innocent looking half fry. The best part is that it doesnt have the amount of cheese just to prove a point, cheese in here was actually for a flavour and not as an accessory! You will visibly find no cheese and yet the flavour strikes you! The secret mix of spices is tantalizes with the egg. Fantastic make, served with lightly toasted bread slices. PANEER CHILLI: Why we loved this one more than most other places is because the paneer wasnt lathered into the batter, it had a humble layer on it which made it very pleasant. CHEESE CHILLI TOAST: This place actually tempers the chilli alongwith some coriander before throwing them on a toasted bread and then covers it with just the right amount of cheese before baking it to golden. DATE MILK: One word. FANTASTIC! The weather accentuated the charm of this comfort drink. Must try! I would recommend you go and experience this place which is best meant for winters. A really cute place and warm hosts! Location: Iscon - Bopal Road. Near Jayantilal Bus Stand. Timing: 2pm to 10.30pm.
