Rock In Rio 10 YEARS IN LISBOA In 2014, Rock in Rio returns to Lisboa to mark the Festivals 10th anniversary. On May 25, 29, 30, 31 May and June 1, Bela Vista Park becomes the epicentre of music, especially rock. For five days Bela Vista Park becomes the City of Rock. More than 12 hours of partying on various stages of this city, with sounds for all tastes and ages. Palco Mundo stage hosts the big names from the international music scene. Similarly Tenda Electronica presents sets of the leading Portuguese and international DJs and VJs whilst Hot Stage hosts alternative presentations of renowned musicians and emerging talents with already successful hits. Over the last decade, more than 1,700,000 festival-goers and in excess of 420 bands and singers have performed at Rock in Rio Lisboa, a Portuguese version of the festival that was originally held in Brazil.
