With such a vast variety of food choices you can walk of a treadmill for 20 minutes and reward yourself with a treat of your choosing. Whether its KFC, Pasta cup, or Nandos something is certain to tickle your palette. Anytime fitness Rockingham- This gym offers every sort of smith machine you could dream of. Do not worry about breaking a sweat in this gym because the aircon is always on such a low temperature that would make even the thought of perspiring nothing but a distant fantasy. This gym contains a vending machine that contains sweets so once youre done pretending to workout on all those assisted machines you can refuel your body with the sugary goodness it deserves. Beware; signs in the toilets do not recommend rummaging through the bins for fear of needles. Balanced Health and Fitness- This gym includes a cardio workout just by reaching it, by the time you are done climbing the two flights of stairs to access the gym it will be time to go home but dont worry you will not need to take the stairs down as this gym is equipped with an elevator to secure those hard earned christmas gains if you so choose. Zest health club- Spa, Sauna, and a swimming pool!! What a great combination this would be if there was only some way to filter out the humidity this creates within the gym. This will cause you to sweat much more than desired and lets face it... we go to the gym to lose weight not sweat... Curves Rockingham- LOL curves Nonstop fitness- This gym is for SERIOUS bodybuilders.... and for those people that love to mutilate correct form and call it a sport (crossfitters). The best thing about a gym with a crossfit section is that when you walk in the door before youve even picked up a dumbbell youre already not the worst form person there! This is a great boost for motivation. Beware; Do not leave the lights on in certain rooms, this will result in a harrassing phone call and a lifetime ban (but thats not too bad because we are all looking for a reason not to return to the gym) The Club- If you love walking on treadmills that overlook a vacant carpark this is the gym for you! Aqua Jetty- The premium cardio gym in all of rockingham. If youre looking to walk on a treadmill or ride a bicycle in a dark room filled with neon lighting this gym is for you. Dont let the exuberant pricing of this gym fool you because once youve finished your health binge you get free admission into there pool section to show off that not so summer body you tried to develop Body Appeal- Located next door to video ezy so once youre done pretending you know how to box you can head next door pickup some new releases and buy a pint of ben and jerries and kick back, you deserve it.
