Rockwood School District residents - Please take a few minutes to read the important message below. With three children currently in three different Rockwood schools, I am thrilled to say that I have always been overwhelmingly impressed with the quality of education my children have received this far, and I am very excited about the future direction of our district under the supervision of Dr. Knost, or as my kids respectfully call him at his request, DK. His enthusiasm for all Rockwood students and his responsible stewardship is exactly what our district needs. I know if you live in the Rockwood District you probably take pride in this beautiful area of St. Louis, and the quality of our neighborhoods. It is important that our schools also remain a source of pride and maintain their appearance and integrity in our neighborhoods as well. An important Bond issue is being placed on the ballot this April to help our schools make necessary building improvements to keep our buildings in line with the quality of our education...thus keeping our school properties at standards we all want in our area. Some residents will assume it will cost them more, which is not the case. Please take a moment to understand this Bond issue, pass it along to friends and neighbors, and vote in April.
