First, for the latest round of haters on here posting that this site is run by a bunch of white people masquerading as blacks; the picture below is me. Derrick Wilburn. Flesh & blood. Thousands on this site have met and/or seen me in person. My identity is no big secret. Im the primary admin here, the others are Ken Davis and Casper Stockham. Were all black-Americans, all live in Colorado, are all staunchly conservative and proud of it. Ive a standing $500 bet for anyone who wants to challenge otherwise. Dont sing it,....bring it. Second, & for the rest of you; as many know - my kids are rock stars. Our oldest son, Conner, is the first cadet accepted by the United States Air Force Academy into the class of 2018. He was recruited by Air Force (& a host of other schools) for both his grades & athletic ability. Hes an amazing runner. Runs a sub-4 1/2 minute mile & a sub-16 minute 5k (at 16 years old). Last month he finished in the top 8 in state for the 3rd year in a row & thus qualified for regionals for the 3rd year in a row. Saturday hell race in the Nike Cross Regional meet in Mesa, Arizona for the last time in his high school career. Hes already there, my wife & I + our other 2 kids are driving down tomorrow (about a 12-hour drive). Then weve exchanged a week from our timeshare property and will spend the holiday in Arizona. Quite possibly the last full-family vacation as Conner will be a freshman in college next year. *sniff*sniff* I do the majority of the posting here, so the volume is going to be down for a week - though Casper & Kendrick will be stepping it up a bit. Pray for traveling mercies, a safe trip, and for my boy to run like the wind and advance to nationals! -derrick
