Rogers should offer a better automated travel pack service for travelers. If a traveler forgets to purchase the cheapest travel pack while away from there home Zone, Rogers should automatically intervene and offer the client the cheapest travel option. This would automatically improve and restore a more compassionate relationship between client and carrier. Im sure you have heard of the recent case in California where a young child was accused of racking up a $20 000 phone bill with his fathers phone while on Vacation. I recently visited my Grandmother in Jamaica who just turned 90 years old she was so excited to see me after being away here in Canada for 15 years. I guess my excitement got the better of me cause i wanted to show off my new technology iphone by uploading photos sharing with family back here in Canada etc,. to my surprise after only approximately 20megs of data usage i was charge an additional $700 which i have been struggling to pay off ever since. This type of policy is simply not fare, its unethical and may even be considered somewhat cruel its definitely not a good way to treat your clients and Im still personal offended by this. As we move into the future and communication cost keep going down its my humble suggestion that Rogers create a more ethical and caring environment for its clients, staff and owners. The idea of long distance charges, roaming fees, texting and data usage fees are almost dinosaurs. I would suggest that rogers embrace this new small world global village concept and market their brand accordingly. Just imagine Rogers being the first company to offer a reasonable global rate plan for all your communication needs. Now that my friend is innovative!! Thanks for your time and consideration Fred
