Reporting Relationship: COO/CFO Role Definition: (Broad Definition of a role) Architectural project managers would oversee architectural projects from the conception stage right down through and eventual construction completion of the project, making sure that project teams meet quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals. Role Responsibilities • Identification-structuring-techno: commercial evaluation-completion • Must have experience in Project structuring and management • assessing and hiring architectural or engineering advisers • Collaborate with governmental agencies and selected project architectural firms. • Responsible for the financial aspect of projects • Preparing & reviewing construction contracts and project management contracts. • presenting the progress of project, risks & • making sure that all the aims of the project are met • monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained • Key Result Areas: Working within budgetary boundaries, delivering projects within defined timelines, vendor management Educational Qualifications/Experience: Educational Qualifications: B-Arch is Must; MBA in projects will be preferred. Academic / Technical: Auto CAD, Ms-Office, Advanced Excel skills, outlook, and access Experience: Minimum 8-10Years Key Skills: • Techno-commercial competence. • Strong sense of design & aesthetics. • Negotiation skills. • Networking skills. • Mangement • Adherence to TAT • Execution Skills
