Roll out the victim and the happy faces. Just get the bloody thing working or shelve it until it passes stress testing. If the employer mandate got postpone for a year it might have been wise to do the same with individual mandat. However, if your current health policy was obtained after 3/10/2011, you are automatically cancelled in accordance with ACA for being non-compliant. Policies before that date are grandfather in and excused from compliance. If you do not have a policy through insurance exchange by 3/2014, you cannot sign up until 2015. So much for the people who thought they could wait and run in to sign up if hit with a catastrophic medical condition not subject to exclusion of pre-existing.
