Roller Derby Rule of the Day posts will resume later today, but before we return to business as usual we want to do a little housekeeping. RDRotD now has three voices instead of one. The two new staff members will write daily rules posts for you and answer your questions about those posts. The original author will focus on unrelated rules questions submitted both publicly and privately. Because we will occasionally discuss our differing interpretations of a rule publicly, we will endeavor to add the initials of our derby name at the end of each of our posts. In doing so we hope to add clarity for our readers and avoid the appearance of multiple personality disorder. We’d also like your suggestions as to what rules and concepts that you’d like us to prioritize. We each have our own agenda on what rules we’d like to cover, but we strongly believe that we’re here to meet your needs. Making a request for a rule to be discussed means it will likely rise to a much higher position on our to do list. Thanks again for your continued support of Roller Derby Rule of the Day.
