Romania 2014 - Here it can be seen also Elaine Renton from UK, they talk bad about her and Bancescu says if they capture to much dogs is nit worry they will euthanasia all and they will have emtpy again/free space again...they dont wait 14 days...and they disregard the suspension of the law also they entered on private property and wants in weekend to enter on private shelters :( This is a horrible video. That poor woman, those poor dogs... :( Yes is her dog, you heard ladys crying after him They take her DOG right there in front of her...she just went out of her yard with her dog...NO IN ROMANIA people can NOT walk in their neighborhood, from one one house to another, with their dogs, because BANCESCU SAID THAT HE WILL PICK UP all the dogs, even with collars, and tags...because he was MADE THE RULER OF BUCHAREST..Who can tell Sorin Oprescu that THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN anywhere IN THE WORLD...and NO country has this type of animal control officers, that NOWHERE in the civilized world dog catchers hunt at night....Would you allow THIS to happen in YOUR COUNTRY ?
