Romans 11:3-4 Good News Translation (GNT) 3 “Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars; I am the only one left, and they are trying to kill me.” 4 What answer did God give him? “I have kept for myself seven thousand men who have not worshiped the false god Baal.” People in the ministry sometimes become so engage and become self centric. They do not see what is going on with other people. How God is using others? what is the response of others to their Call? Elijah was a great man of God. He did not bow down to False God Baal. And he was feeling great about himself. I guess this is good thing. But he did not know there are 7000 more like him who did not bow down to Baal and their lives were in danger too. Friends lets not boast only on what we are doing and how God is using us. Sometimes it is good to boast on the doing and success of other people. Saying to God, thank you there are several people are like me or better than me who serve you God, who are laying down their lives for the Gospel.
