Romans 4:19-31 Now we know that what things soever the [Mosaic] law saith, it saith to them who are under the [Mosaic] law: [So] that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world [both of the Jews and the Gentiles] may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds [works] of the [Mosaic] law there shall no flesh be justified in his [His/Gods] sight: for by the [Mosaic] law is the knowledge of sin. But now the righteousness of God without [outside] the [Mosaic] law is manifested [made known], being witnessed [testified] by the [Mosaic] law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith [believing] of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference [between the Jew and the Gentile]: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; [Therefore] Being justified freely by his [His/Gods] grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation [payment] through faith [believing] in his [Christ Jesus] blood, to declare his [His/Gods] righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his [His/Gods] righteousness: that he [He/God] might be just, and the justifier of him [the individual] which [who] believeth in Jesus. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith [the law of believing]. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith [believing] without the deeds [works] of the law. Is he [He] the God of the Jews only? is he [He] not also [the God] of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also: Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision [the Jews] by faith [believing], and uncircumcision [the Gentiles] through faith [believing]. Do we then make void the law through faith [believing]? God forbid: yea [rather], we establish [fulfill] the law [with our faith/believing in Christ Jesus].
