Romans 5 King James Version (KJV) 5 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. When we go through tribulation Good things are happening to us even though the world tries to tell us different. When tribulation comes, it teaches us patience. Patience is not the ability to wait , it is the ability to wait with a Good attitude. This Good attitude comes as we learn to trust God and not to lean on our own understanding. It has been said that patience is a virtue. This is true. Virtue is the healing power of God according to scripture. Luke 8:43-48King James Version (KJV) 43 And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any, 44 Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched. 45 And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? 46 And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me. 47 And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately. 48 And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace. So while we are being patient, we are receiving a healing from God. As we are being healed, we gain experience in trusting God and increasing our Faith. Once we have gone through the experience we now have Hope. This Hope we carry throughout our next tribulation. Making our journey a journey of Faith and Trust in God. Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
