Romy Factor Donner and Lauren Goldberg Spanger smashing out there session today these ladies train hard and push hard in every session Romy had some set backs and wasnt going to make her session but a miracle came and she turned up to her session she said she would of been upset if she didnt come to her session I was happy to hear that. Lauren is a fighter I never have met a woman such as this lady who has had injuries and battled with cancer and fought it off this woman is a total warrior and a great example to most people there is no excuse when it comes to exercise if you have a goal smash that goal because it must be important if its a goal. keep up the good work ladies Proud to be your trainer and you both have come a long way the past couple of years.
