Ron Says....From my corner: Watching kids walking at a hurried pace when theyre late for school brings back memories of our late days trying to get to school on time .We would speed walk maybe even break out into a little jog . Im talking a mile or better were damn near running . When I get there , not even breathing heavy. Now I walk across the damn street and its seems someone has pulled all the oxygen out of the air . Youth is so beautiful and precious today but wasted on some that dont even know or appreciate what its all about . Did I ever tell you about Walkin Willie , hed walk so fast , cut a crowd and wouldnt even break stride . Wed all say , here comes Walkin Willie , there goes Walkin Willie. He could have been Asbury Parks rep. in speed walking in the Olympics , hed walk by you and you could feel the breeze . lol
