Ronald Richard Cloud entered a guilty plea this morning to the 1980 murder of Brad Baker. Cloud was sentenced to life in prison and will be sent back to a West Virginia correctional facility to serve out his life terms. “Today’s guilty plea is the result of a long-term investigation conducted by the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of other law enforcement agencies throughout the years. It is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of the detectives and others assigned to this case and our determination to bring justice for Brad Baker and his family.” Sheriff Charlie Ray Fox, Jr.
