The deputy that investigated this on 9/7/14 said he would take care of the situation and get someone out to assess the dogs and see about having them removed from the property. Since I personally knew him and trusted him to do the right thing, I didnt do a follow up and I will never forgive myself for that. Last Sunday when I drove by the property, I was horrified to see that the dogs was still there! The sheriffs dept. was called again and it took pictures on FB and the public calling and raising heck with the sheriffs dept. for anything to be done. This deputy is the same person that went out on the Eifort dog last yr. and said it was fine when the dog was dying!
