Room for rent from May 1 to December 31 2014 (with the possibility of prolonging) Contract will be required. My boyfriend and me (both danish) are looking for a non-smooking, quite and clean roommate in our three-bedroom apartment. The apartment is located on Amager on the fourth floor (no elevator) and is 100 square meters divided on two floors. The room we are subletting is approximately 20 square meters and you will share the kitchen, shower and living room with us, all are on the one floor, we have the two smaller bedrooms on the upper floor to ourselves. The rent is 4300 a month and includes: water, electricity, heat, the big cable package and licens, internet and unlimited access to laundry. Because we do not take over the apartment before April 15 we cannot show pictures of it yet, however, we would still love to meet with a potential renter before, and from April 15 you will have the possibility to come and look at the place. If you need the room to be furnished we will do that however, then the monthly rent will rise to 4600 a month. A deposit of three months rent will be required when moving in. PM if interested
