The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and you will live with 3 greek guys working in Amsterdam. You have everything nearby: supermarket, street market , coffeshops, city center, gym, places to go out, Central Station, Trams and Metro, etc. In every Monday the apartment is cleaned so you have to keep clean just your private room. The disadvantage is that you don’t have wash machine in the house but the laundry is 3 min away. You have a place inside the yard to park your bike also. The room rent is 650 euros (all inclusive) and I need a deposit for the keys -250 euros (you have a key for your room, one for mailbox, one for the apartment entrance and one for the safe).
