Room to let in our warehouse manor house london Large Double Room Available with lots of natural light to let for single person in our lovely converted warehouse in the Manor House. they are all unfurnished have central heating. its 675 a month The Warehouse There is a large open plan kitchen (all mod cons), living room and workspace area, 3 modern shower rooms and a utility area with a couple of washing machines and a clothes drier. There is central heating throughout, full fire alarm system and broadband. We also have a weekly cleaner for the communal space. The Garden We have the added benefit of a garden that has: a small lawn, a vegetable patch, a growing array of beautiful plants and a bike shed. About us We are a sociable group of people and like to have a drink together and the occasional meal. We all work and study in different fields, that includes, fine art, digital media, finance, music and magic. There is often collaborations in the warehouse as well with other artists in the warehouse community. Round and about It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop for the 254 (N)253 to King’s Cross via Camden (30 mins) / Aldgate via Hackney and Bricklane (30 mins); 259 (N)279 That run from Edmonton to King’s Cross. Manor House Tube (zone 2 if heading central, and 3 if heading out) is under a 10 minute walk for the Piccadilly Line. If heading centrally then I normally change at Finsbury Park for the Victoria (Quicktoria) Line – from the door to Oxford Circus takes 30 minutes max. Nearby is Greenlanes where there is a 24 hour Sainsbury’s, and then on Greenlanes themselves there are loads of restaurants and shops. For cigarettes, booze and milk then the nearest shop is 5 mins away – they sell vegetables too.
