Roomie Wanted! We (2 girls, a guy & a dog) are looking for a new roommate. As of now, there is a room available in our beautiful house at Pletzersstraat 3A. The house is located in the south-west of the city, about 10min by bike from the School of Business and Economics. Parking in front of the house is free and there is also a bus stop right around the corner for those who are not the biggest fans of cycling. The total area of the flat is 160m2 and spreads over two floors. It has a spacious living room (including TV, DVD player, sitting accommodations, and a piano), a relatively new and high quality kitchen, 2 bathrooms, an extra toilet (aka a third toilet), a basement, storeroom, washing machine & dryer, and a hovel. Except for the private rooms, the house is fully furnished. In addition, there is a huge backyard of more than 300m2 which is definitely a plus during the summer as we are having barbecues and camp fires in summer. Speaking of which: We all get on very well and do stuff together (cooking, grab a beer etc.), which is not a must for every day but once in a while. Due to having a Lidl as well as Aldi right next to us, it is also very easy to do some cheap shopping. Jan Linders and Plus are also within the 10min cycling range. The vacant room is about 18m² on the first floor. The rent is €360 (incl. utilities) and there is a deposit of €600. No real estate agent fee! We are looking forward to hear from you soon
