Roomie sought for enviro-respectful west end retreat ----------------------------------------------------------------------- We are an open, peaceful household with 2 females, 1 male in our early 30s seeking 2 new roomies (a couple who could take both rooms is even better). Rooms available from now, for move in before 20 July. We love music, festivals and the outdoors. Its a beautiful home with a positive, communicative, relaxed family kind of vibe. The house is open and spacious with a breezy deck and large veggie patch. It’s a great spot just one street over to Orleigh park by the river, with city cat, city glider and 192. We like to share the occasional meal and time together, but also respect each others space. We are looking for someone who knows how to live in a community, is environmentally respectful in their living and likes to contribute to keep shared spaces clean. We are conscious eaters (vegetarian) and would like to keep the house TV free. Ideally we are looking for non-smoker, long-term roomies (at least 6 months) that would be willing to go on the lease. While we love animals, no pets sorry. There are 2 rooms available both with wooden floors: 1 medium sized room $149/week and 1 small room $89/week. We all chip in $20 a week which includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, internet, phone) and cash kitty for general expenses.
