Rosita Baccus wrote... Oh to have a covenant friend that you can be both naked and not ashamed to express your faults, shortcomings, hurts, disappointments and not be frowned upon, later looked at judgmentally nor talked about - you indeed have found a friend, one that will keep it real with you nor beat you down but all the while build you up and yet tell you the truth in love even if its not what you want to hear (is not on your side but on the side of what is right. One that will tell you: lets look at what does the Word say) - we all need such a one. All you need is one, having more than one, that one is indeed blessed! [one caveat here - If one is going to seek counsel make sure its someone seasoned in the Word, not an ungodly best bud or someone that will encourage or validate your error.] Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul. 1 Sam. 18:3 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16
