Company Community services organisation based in Alexandria is in urgent need of an experienced Rostering/Administration Officer to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary basis to commence immediately. Role Reporting into the Office Manager you will be responsible for the following: •Manage the rosters for the practitioners within the NSW region including; leave, information changes, new bookings and cancellations •Manage cancellations and communicate roster changes to affected parties •Maintain the schedule system •Ensure all bookings are confirmed via verbal and written communication •Answer incoming calls, take messages and pass on information to relevant departments •Obtain feedback from practitioners and facilities •Other ad-hoc duties as required by management Person The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience: •Previous rostering/scheduling and administration experience •Ability to manage high volume rostering requirements •Excellent attention to detail •Intermediate skills using all Microsoft Office programs •Exceptional organisational and time management skills •Strong Database management experience •Quick learner and adaptable to change •Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team Benefits •Long-term ongoing temporary role •Immediate start •Competitive hourly rate •Close to all major public transportation links or street parking available •Successful, well-established business To apply online please click on the appropriate link below.
