Rotarians - Rotary surpassed a milestone last year and there hasn’t been a mention of the accomplishment, no articles in The Rotarian, nothing on Rotary.org, not a peep. For the first time during the 2012-13 Rotary Year the travel expenditures for the President’s office surpassed $2,000,000.00. This feat was accomplished with a 6.8% increase in expenses from the previous year. With the repeal of restrictions on first class air travel by RI Board members at the last Council On Legislation and the rest of Rotary learning that they were told a lot of untruths about Future Vision maybe the time is right to modify the 4-way test. Maybe at the next COL someone can propose adding an asterisk to the test, an asterisk that says - *does not apply to leadership.
