Rotary Club of Lahore Garrison (Rotary International District 3272, Pakistan) organized a Seminar on Capital Markets in collaboration with Lahore Stock Exchange. Mr. Aftab Ahmed Chaudhry, Managing Director of Lahore Stock Exchange, gave an overview of the stock market, some background history and opportunities for the investors. He also emphasized that it is responsibility of the investor to watch own interest by keeping a close eye on the market trends. Earlier, Charter President G.R. Siddiqui invoked the meeting with recitation from the Holy Quran, Past District Governor Shehzad Ahmed recognized the visiting Rotarians and guests, President Mian Zahid Jawaid presented his welcome address and invited the participants to avail the opportunity to learn about the investment opportunities, young Naweera Babar made a heartwarming speech on polio awareness and President elect offered Vote of Thanks to the Lahore Stock Exchange management and the participants.
