Rough night at Perris last night. Due to events beyond Codys control, the race car didnt get to the track until 4:00. Then thanks to help from some of the moose crew and cousin Jake along with Mike and Jarred Blondel, we worked to finish putting the car together and get a set-up in it. Cody was pushed up just in time for qualifying, unfortunately in the rush, nobody noticed that the pitman arm was left loose! The night ended with the #36 upside down in turn 3. Time to regroup and figure what direction is next for Cody and Sprint cars, for now we will concentrate on getting ready to run the new 71s at Calistoga on Labor Day weekend. Big thanks to everybody that came to our pit to check on Cody and offer their word of encouragement!
