Round eight of chemo is in the books. It was an easy day with only one drug again. I took my second little guy with me on a date since I didnt have to see the doctor this time. He got to pick lunch, play on my ipad while he watched me nap and then get ice cream afterwards. We had a good time hanging out together. :) Child number four requested his date for next week. I was talking with my mom tonight about how so many people usually have such bad side effects from chemo and radiation. I have been SO INCREDIBLY BLESSED! God hears and answers prayers. And after the first weeks fiasco in the hospital I have generally had little to complain about. I have been improving on a daily basis. Yesterday I only took a couple of pain pills. Today I have had NONE! :) Im starting to feel a little pain in my spine now, so one before bed should do the trick. I think a lot of my feeling good on Wednesday and Thursday has to do with the steroids they pump me full of because Friday and Saturday theyve worn off and I crash, but I enjoy them while Ive got them. :) Just wanted to let everyone know Im having a good day.
