Roussos replaced the air conditioning system at our condominium on Panama City Beach. Specifically, they replaced the condenser (outside) and coil/air handler (inside). The job went went very well. The entire process was handled over the phone and by e-mail since we live out of state. The estimator provided several options/ quotes for various brands and configurations. We chose the system that fit our needs and had the best warranty since our condo is on the beach (highly corrosive environment). We set a date for the installation and gave Roussos our door entrance combination. They arrived on the date as scheduled. I know that because I called their installation manager and asked him to get in touch with the crew at the job on that day. I asked him to do my wife a favor and he agreed. Specifically, we had accidentally left some perishables in the kitchen cabinet and had no plans for returning to Florida for 5-6 weeks. We asked that the installation crew remove and discard those items. The request was certainly beyond their scope; nevertheless, we visited our place last weekend (a month after the installation) and the items had been removed per our request. To recap: 1) the estimating process was efficient, clearly communicated and very detailed 2) the crew arrived as scheduled 3) the crew went beyond the call of duty to assist with removing the perishables from our cabinets 4) the installation is professionally done and functioning well 5) our decision to trust them with access to our place and to let them install the system without us being there proved to be a good decision.
