Route of a Network Marketer A person would have to be introduced to a legal MLM company. Without any educational requirement, he could easily start building his business by paying an initial investment. Upon entry, he also starts at the bottom and work his way on developing his business by introducing it to other people. Income is then based on his group product purchases. He could do the business parallel with his current career and has control over what way and how fast he will build his business. To increase his income, he has to develop his communication, marketing, and leadership skills to effectively bring people into the business. Often times, he has to spend more time in expanding the business. This route also has a lot of obstacles. Often times, people would reject him and discourage him in doing the business. Other members of the team would also quit which affects the growth of the business. Fears of failures and rejections have to be overcome. Self confidence has to be developed. Minimal financial returns can be seen at the start but as it grows, it gives passive or residual income. When the business is set up successfully after some time, the person will still earn income even if he stops working. They could then retire even without waiting the age of 60 years old since there is income which supports their daily expenses. Time at the start was actually invested to reap ongoing financial returns in the long run.
