Rowe and Allan are off to speak to Council today regarding Class 4 (pokie machine) gambling. Current national law allows us to move our machines to a new site if the club relocates. It also allows to retain up to 30 machines if two or more clubs amalgamate in the future. The council are proposing to not allow relocations and severely restrict numbers in the case of amalgamations. We are fighting to keep options open for the future of our club.
