Roy Curry, age 72, of Jenkins, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2013 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center. He was born at Wheelwright, Kentucky on August 22, 1940 to Paul Curry and Della Johnson Curry. Burial will follow in the Mountain Memory Gardens in Hindman, Kentucky with Military Rites by the Hindman DAV Chpt. 171. Friends may call for visitation at the Carty Funeral Home in Jenkins, Kentucky from 6 pm – 9 pm on Monday and at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel form 6 pm-9pm on Tuesday with a singing service Tuesday at 7 PM.
