Roy has been with us 6 months now and he is doing very well, yesterday was his first time alone in the house, while Sasha went to get her nails done. He handled the absence perfectly and smelled her when she got back. The vet smell is not his favorite, good positive reinforcement for him. This morning he also did a good job, his first time with a woo woo bark, he alerted first, then him and Sasha went out side to investigate, he then barked a good appropriate bark a little bit more and then settled right down. Mark also went out to investigate with them. A neighbor was putting their trash out. Roy is at an excellent weight and very healthy. He has a gorgeous run with good reach and is learning how to engage and respect when other dogs dont want to play. Beside his health issues the barking has been so tough, he only had one bark and used it for everything. Now he has a whine and different barks acts like a puppy and is very happy. We still have a ways to go, rally practice will provide more opportunities for growth, but he and we are happy.
