Royal Academy of Culinary Arts/Affiliate of Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, a private non-profit Jordanian Educational Institution, is currently seeking for the following position: Housekeeping Supervisor •Fluent in Arabic and Excellent command of English Cambridge Proficiency level. •Minimum 5 years of industry relevant experience in a middle management position in Rooms Division/Housekeeping Management. •Candidates need to provide a successful track record in building cleanliness; safety, including first aid and coordinate work activities among employees. Additional F&B background will be of advantage. •We are looking for a person with good communication skills that is able to manage all aspects of the front and back of house issues at the Academy and is willing to perform cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage. Local Culinary Instructors •Bachelor Degree holder in culinary or hotel management. •At least 5 years working experience as Sous-chef, Executive Sous-chef or. Executive Chef in the culinary field preferably with an international company. •Passionate about making a career in culinary education. •Good knowledge of basic kitchen practices and food hygiene standards. •Excellent leadership skills, confident communicater and able to motivate students •Able to communicate verbal and written in English with a minimum equivalent of a first Cambridge English certification. Service Instructor •Bachelor degree holder in Hotel Management, Food Science, Food Biology or Food Chemistry. •At least 5 years experience in 5 stars hotel environment. •Passion in making a career in Hospitality education. •Excellent leadership skills, confident communicator and able to motivate students. •Able to communicate verbal and written in English with a minimum equivalent of a first Cambridge English certification. Academic Lecturer •Bachelor Degree holder •Fluent in English and Arabic •Education management in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Biology or Food Chemistry •Confident in the latest trends in teaching strategies and curriculum administration •Confident in curriculum design at international university standards Only applicants who fulfill the Minimum Requirements will be considered.
